Replacing an older toilet is a great way to save water and money! That's why the Portland Water Bureau offers toilet rebates to any eligible customer. Applying for a toilet rebate is easy but you'll need a few things before you start:
- Your receipt from the purchase of your new WaterSense-labeled toilet
- Your receipt from recycling your old toilet at an approved recycling center
- Your Portland Water Bureau sewer, stormwater, water account number
- Ten minutes to complete the form
- Application must be received within one year of purchase.
